This is a picture of her holding her original wedding photo from 1953. My mom (their daughter) is taking this picture and you can see her face reflecting off the glass. My grandma Ruth stayed married to my grandpa Jack his entire life until he di...ed in 2000. She misses him every day. They had a love that spanned the ages. 15.01.2022 Crazy times! THE YEAR 2020 !!!!!!!!!! Mail was actually and literally coming on a "slow boat from China " This just absolutely sums it up... Donald trump nearly started world war 3 !! Australia had massive bushfires !! Prince Harry left the royal family & moved to Canada with an actress !! Caroline Flack took her own life people still forgot to Be Kind!! Kobe & his daughter Gigi Bryant were killed in a helicopter crash !! The U.K. had months of bad storms reaching up to 90mph winds causing damage & flooding to properties and streets !! A worldwide pandemic happened supposedly started from a bat in China !! We started running out of supplies like toilet roll ,pasta ,milk ,bread ,flour & yeast !! UK Prime minister Boris caught Covid 19 !! People all around the world died from Covid 19 Hundreds of thousands more were infected !! We witnessed Space X satellites zooming across the skies above us !! We saw a huge super moon !! We got to see a rocket go up to the International Space Station !! George Floyd was murdered by a police officer and all over the world there was protests and riots going on for the campaign Black Lives Matter Madeline McCanns missing person case re-opened and had a suspect !! Schools were closed & Parents had to supervise their children while teachers taught them remotely!! Weddings were cancelled !! Funerals could be attended by a maximum of 10 people !! We all were told to work from home !! We were allowed out for exercise once a day !! We said Goodbye to the World war 2 sweetheart and heroine - Dame Vera Lynne !! The UK reopens all restaurants & pubs !! Masks had to be worn on all public transport & in shops !! Victoria Shops were closed apart from food and medical supplies!! Victoria had an 8pm curfew!! Victoria Australia was locked out of the rest of the country and treated like Pariahs. Everyone was told to not use cash !! Lebanon went into mourning after a huge explosion killed 100s of people and injured 1000s You actually couldnt write 2O2O ... and we still have 4 months left............ it feels like every day is a new event. what is actually going on ?! 2020 is the year the world went crazy !!!! 05.01.2022 A tip for anyone starting do make beaded jewellery... I collect and keep the small plastic tablet / medicine cups they give you in hospital, and I use them to count out my beads and crystals. I also use them to scoop out small seed beads from my Kilo bags of supplies. I stack them with a spare cup in the top just in case I spill the beads or my cat decides that it's not time to bead... it's time he got his cuddles and he walks over my desk. With my hubby and myself spending time in hospital regularly it doesn't take long for them to stack. They only throw them out after one use anyway.
