25.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING STARS OF DUBBO 'DANCE FOR CANCER' 2020 Stars of Dubbo has made the difficult decision to postpone the event once again, due to the risk to public health posed by COVID-19. This means Stars of Dubbo will no longer go ahead on Friday 30th October, but instead move to Friday 30th April 2021.... Cancer Council along with the volunteer organising committee feel that the present uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 deems to much of a risk to the safety of our supporters, therefore, at this time we cannot proceed with holding the event this year. We are so grateful for your continued support and understanding, and we apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this decision may cause. We will be refunding any tickets purchased, with ticket sales opening back up again in 2021. If you have purchased a ticket to Stars of Dubbo, please contact DRTCC box office directly on (02) 6801 4378 to request a refund In the meantime, we encourage you to continue to follow the current NSW Government Health advice to reduce your risk of contracting COVID-19. If you or someone you know has cancer and are concerned, please call our 13 11 20 Information and Support line to speak to one of our trained health professionals.
