25.01.2022 A reminder that State Swim Morphett Road will be CLOSED for The Labour Day Public Holiday. Monday 5/10/2020 Fees will be automatically adjusted for those who have regular lessons booked. There will be no need to do Make Up lessons. We hope that you all enjoy a nice long week-end !

15.01.2022 BEST ON DECK FOR OCTOBER is the much loved Trish aka Trish the Dish Our Trish needs no introduction...... you will see her speeding around pool deck encouraging all those little swimmers to be swimming the best they can. The results she gets are amazing! She also excels at correcting and getting the most out of our upper level swimmers with their Butterfly and Breastroke. Her no nonsense, yet patient approach has seen many children climb through the levels here for the last... 25 years. Trish, we thank you There is obviously a reason we dubbed her Trish the Dish - just have a look at her in her prime as a superstar swimmer! Some fun facts about her swimming career: 3rd in State titles for Jnr Women’s 220 freestyle. 14.01.2022 Congratulations to our Swiimmer of the Month Grace Holmes. Grace walks in every Saturday morning at 7.30 with a smile on her face and that smile never fades regardless of how hard the set is. Grace listens and then tries her hardest to do what is asked of her. Well done Grace.

13.01.2022 Our last day for all programmes for 2020 will be Wednesday 23rd December. We will re-open on Monday 4th January 2021 for all our programmes. 12.01.2022 State Swim Morphett Road has made the decision to close our doors from midnight tonight Monday 16th November 2020. We will be watching the SA Government guidelines over the next two weeks to see when it advises it is safe to reopen again. 11.01.2022 A big thank you to our wonderful customers for their support upon our reopening! Thank you also for respecting the guidelines put in place to make our pool area safe. Please take the time to read the following as reminders... - Please be aware of social distancing, particularly during our busier weekend sessions. You may need to sit a little further away from your child’s class to maintain this. - If other family members (Grandma or Grandpa) are coming to watch your child swim, can they please come in the place of a parent? -We may ask the parent or grandparent to wait outside until the changeover between sessions has occurred. Again, adherence to this is essential during the busy weekend sessions. - Showers and change rooms are open, but only 2 showers per change room operating at a safe distance. Please make it as quick as possible for others to have their turn. Let’s all work together to make it easy and safe for everyone!

09.01.2022 FINGERS CROSSED!!! After the State Government’s announcements yesterday regarding lifting of some restrictions we have been able to clarify our position. After consultation with SA Health today, they have advised that swimming lessons and squads are UNABLE to run under the present rules. We are still HOPEFUL of a Tuesday December 1st reopen and will be watching for future announcements in the coming days. Please keep an eye on your emails and Facebook for updates. ... Lap Swimming and Aquarobics will not be available until all of our programs can reopen. Stay tuned....

04.01.2022 Our next 'Challenge' will be held on SATURDAY October 31st 2020 from 12 noon . Open to swimmers from Dolphin onwards so register now and come along and attempt your 50 Bronze, 100 Silver, 200 Gold or 400 Platinum: non- stop Freestyle. Successful swimmers will receive a medal and time card to recognise your achievement. Swimmers attempting the 400 Platinum will also have the opportunity to make their schools Top 100 Honour List!!! Entry forms are available at front desk.If you entered the last Challenge which was cancelled due to Covid, your entry is still valid. Please let one of our Customer Service Officers know if you wish to attend.

01.01.2022 Although some restrictions have been lifted, we are still abiding by the original SA Government directive of a two week closure which was effective from Tuesday 17 November, 2020. We will be seeking clarification and watching for any updates advising when it is safe to return and under what restrictions (at present 4sq metre rule applies) We will let you know as soon as we have any information.
