25.01.2022 Keys stolen for a 2007 Mazda 3. Changed locks on ignition and front door. Cut and programmed 2 new keys including remote and deleted old keys. If you know someone in a similar situation get them to contact us

23.01.2022 I had a screen door that needed to pass fire regulations and the original lock was not suited. I cut out a section of the door and welded in a lock box with a lock that passes the regulations and installed a door closer. Lock turned out a lot better than I thought

21.01.2022 Having nice looking handles seems to be a good idea but when the handles are too heavy for the original spring in the lock it cant hold the weight. Having to upgrade to a heavy duty spring can make this set work a lot better! We dont just focus on the bigger jobs, we also take care of the smaller ones too

16.01.2022 Customer had no idea what the initial problem was, calling a local mechanic to come and take a look and for them to say it was the key. After getting it towed home she called us. Less than 1 minute of us taking a look we found the issue of a broken ignition barrel. 20 mins later it was replaced and drivable again. 15.01.2022 Keys stolen from a 2004 Toyota Hilux. Changed locks on drivers door, passenger door as well as the ignition.

15.01.2022 First attempt at installing a Igloohome Mortise Lock. Used mainly for Airbnb. Connects via an app on your smart phone and can be unlocked by the press of a button on your phone. Also have had another custom job where I have made a rebate kit from timber to suit the new lock, making it long enough to cover existing holes. All it needs now is a bit of staining to match the door.

15.01.2022 Had a call to look at an existing patio bolt that wasnt locking fully into the top frame. Quick fix for us using some timber which allowed a lot more of the bolt to enter, making it even more secure.

10.01.2022 Fitted another Samsung fingerprint digital lock today on a double rebated door. Wasnt able to move the handles as it would look silly, so installed just below. Samsung dont make rebate kits for these locks so had to make one from aluminium.

05.01.2022 When taking out home insurance, part of the requirement is securing external doors with deadbolts and or key lockable window locks. As for this client they wanted to make it a bit more secure. Being not a standard window it had some modifying to be able to work and sit properly on the frame.
