24.01.2022 Now that we have access to our Facebook page again...... Ivan's old HDJ79 in for some remediation, maintenance and performance upgrades! The car had a random loss of power / limp mode condition but had no diagnostic trouble codes recorded and we were unable to reproduce the fault..... great.... Just off the customers description of the issue and prior knowledge of these lovely 1HD-FTE engines, we fitted a new Spill valve to the existing injection pump. This has resolved the issue thus far. From there, we removed the Tunit chip which made a whopping 2rwkw over factory as well as causing a further limp mode condition related to timing errors. We fitted a Unichip Australia & New Zealand Q4 package with electronic boost control as well as a NPC Performance Clutches clutch to contain the added torque. The results speak for themselves... This will certainly tow Ivan's boat and we can't wait to push it harder when we do an intercooler upgrade in 2021.

21.01.2022 A sweet little BT50 single cab in for a bit more go! We completed: Stay Tuned Custom Engine Remap Stay Tuned Custom Transmission Remap... Smoothed the factory boost control at low RPM as it had a little bit of an oscillation going on. This thing is lethal in the wet!

20.01.2022 This tidy NP300 was brought in for a simple Stay Tuned Remap... The results speak for themselves really. Nice gains throughout the rev range with versatility to enable the customer to tow whatever load is required with good fuel economy and great power.

20.01.2022 Chris entrusted us with his extremely tidy N80 2.8 Hilux for one of our custom dyno tunes and an automatic torque converter lockup kit. These 2.8 Hilux's respond incredibly well to simple modifications and Chris has not only been able to leverage the increased power and torque, but has also been delivered improved fuel economy!

20.01.2022 Another 79 series, another 50+% gain in power! This is actually the biggest gain we have seen on our dyno for a tune only cruiser! (3 inch exhaust). an amazing 80+rwkw gain at 2300-2400rpm!

18.01.2022 Anthony's immaculate Turbo LS1 R31 skyline was in a few weeks ago for tuning after a complete drive-line swap and the addition of a Turbo 400 gearbox. As you can see it made just over 400rwkw on 10psi. That power figure is with the poor 185 wide tyres frying the whole run! It was hitting the MSD two step limiter half way through the dyno run. On the road it is an absolute pleasure to drive and we are sure Anthony will enjoy it for some time to come!

09.01.2022 Simon entrusted his sweet 79 series to us for some tuning! Simon installed a GTurbo Diesel Performance G320 turbocharger and we worked our magic on the laptop. This is an emissions equipped 79 series. It still retains full DPF and EGR functionality..... 700+nm and 165+rwkw on 315 tyres.... completely compliant.

05.01.2022 Josh brought in his F6 for a tune after a host of modifications preparing the barra for more power. Some of these modifications included: ARP Head studs Billet oil pump gears Upgraded Valve Springs... Aeroflow Performance bolt on Turbocharger Turbosmart External waste-gate on the turbine housing The end result of 362rwkw is about where the factory cat back refused to flow anymore. Once this has been upgraded Josh will be back for some more power! This is currently just on 98 octane pump fuel.
