06.01.2022 WHY YOU TAKE YOUR CHILD TO LEARN MARTIAL ARTS: Once someone asked me: - Why spend so much money and time for your children to practice martial arts and compete or perform so many times a year? MY ANSWER WAS: Well, I have a confession to make, I do not pay for my children to train and practice Martial Arts.... Seeing his surprise face continue saying: - You know what I'm paying? -. * Payment for my children to learn to be disciplined. * Payment for my children to learn to take care of their body and mind. * Payment for my children to learn to work with others and be good teammates. So that they develop their creativity. * Payment for my children to learn to deal with disappointment when they do not get what they expected, and discover that the key is to work harder. * Payment for my children to learn to achieve their goals. * Payment for my children to understand that it takes hours and hours of hard work and training to get results, and that success does not happen overnight. * Payment for the opportunity my children will have to make lifelong friendships. * Payment so that my children are in a Dojo and not in front of the television. * I pay for those moments when my children come back so tired that they just want to get to rest and do not think or have time to walk around lazy or in bad things. * Payment for all the teachings that this beautiful discipline gives you: "responsibility, dedication, commitment, self-confidence, coexistence, etc., etc.". I could go on, but to be brief; I do not pay for Martial Arts classes, I pay for the opportunities that this discipline offers to develop attributes and skills that will be very useful throughout their life and give them the opportunity to value life
