24.01.2022 This kid is the best!! Totally made my day They must be putting steroids in our water. How else would I have achieved the herculean task of getting 15 inch arms with abs...when it is a universal fact that cannot be achieved without steroids... especially with my bad form. I am so fortunate I have people like this to mentor me and show me way

02.01.2022 #Repost @thedumbbellblonde Hamilton, Ontario I was scared to eat more and train less.... Because I thought results came from less food + more training. But I was wrong I spent more than a year eating 1400 cals/day training 6-7 days/week. With little to no results + frustrated AF. The scale wasn't budging, my clothes weren't looser, yet I was working so hard. I knew lower calories weren't an option, (I already was in a 40% deficit) and HUNGRY all the time. I had hit the bottom, and now the only place to go was up. Fast forward to a training seminar in Chicago where I met @stefanianev After discussing my situation we started working together, and it was then my #reversediet journey began. Over the course of 6 weeks we brought my cals up to 2400/day, and then spent another 3 weeks there. My training was cut down to 3 days a week, and slowly increased to 4 days. Steps 10,000/day. The outcome: Fat gain was minimal Strength + Lean Mass (muscle) significantly increased Increased metabolism allowing me to drop fat on much higher cals Shedded water retention (I was holding from being in a chronologically stressed state) Increased energy + libido Essentially a whole new me Swipe to see transformation The bottom line pushing yourself ALL OUT 100% of the time will NOT get you the results you desire. Knowing when + how to pull back on your training, and nutrition is to your long term success. Questions?
