02.01.2022 BUILDING ON SLOPING BLOCKS It it not always easy to design a house on a block with a massive slope. Depending on the gradient, you can create an undercroft part of the building or - like in this case - we created a house with two split levels. This means the house will be separated into more than one fixed floor level. This can have a massive wow factor to the home and can create some very interesting designs. Usually sloping blocks are a lot cheaper than flat blocks. And wit...h good reason as the building cost would be significantly higher than normal. This very cool split level two-storey home is under construction in Alkimos and will no doubt be a showstopper and a fantastic family home for my lovely clients.
