23.01.2022 Eye Bright Tea Eyebright (Euphrasia Officinalis) is, as the name implies, beneficial to the eyes for a range of ailments such as cataracts, ophthalmia ( inflammation of the eye), weeping eye, blepharitis (inflammation of the eyelids), conjunctivitis (pink eye), stye, and red bloodshot or strained eyes. A pretty useful herb for anyone that may occasionally suffer from any of the above, or something good to have on hand just in case. Another cool benefit of Eyebright tea is tha...t much like Nettle tea, it can help in treating allergies, congestion, mild to moderate coughs, colds, and blocked noses. Lastly, Eyebright contains flavanoids and beta-carotene which have been shown to improve cognitive function and memory loss if taken once a day. From certified organic Australian suppliers

07.01.2022 Hibiscus Tea Hibiscus (Hibiscus Sabdariffa / Egyptian Red Tea) has benefits of reducing blood pressure, cholesterol levels, aids the immune and digestive systems, and acts as an anti-inflammatory. Another interesting benefit of this tea is that it speeds up metabolism which may promote gradual and safe weight loss. As our version of this tea is quite strong, you can reuse the same leaves up to three times. Also good chilled! (maybe even better)... Grown in Australia! "To lower blood pressure, health professionals with the University of Michigan Health System recommend infusing 1 cup of water with 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried hibiscus flowers. You can consume up to three cups of hibiscus tea daily. Alternatively, drinking one 500 milliliters serving of hibiscus tea each day before breakfast may also help to lower your blood pressure levels." * snippet from the web*

07.01.2022 Fibromyalgia Tea * snippet from our suppliers web page * We cautiously add Fibromyalgia tea to our range . We do stay away from specific claims in regards to more serious conditions here, but have found success for one test customer named 'Raye' recently so we would like to indefinitely add this blend to our range. Tea Life makes no claim that Fibromyalgia tea will ease, reduce or cure Fibromyalgia symptoms and would love more feedback on any results of this tea from others s...uffering from this condition. A blend of Devils Claw, Ginseng, Ginger, Lavender, Mugwort, St Johns Wart, Nettle, White Willow and Rosemary with ingredients chosen based on both research journals and traditional remedies. We suspect this blend may also be good for general pain relief. Rayes report is below: Day 1 - Took 2 tsp when I was in pain Results The pain subsided in about 30 mins but the good thing is it didn’t make me drowsy. Day 2 - Took the same qty before bedtime while I had few aches and pains and brain fog Had a really great nights sleep and woke up to NO pain and my focus was really really good. Day 3 Few days later Took when I had no pain The tea made me feel very relaxed but I think there was over stimulation and I got a bit cranky towards the night. So for me I think your potion works like a fantastic pain relief. - Raye We would like to remind that results may differ from person to person. If you do purchase this tea, please do let us know of the results if possible!

07.01.2022 Green Tea First Harvest Fresh from Australian farmlands, First Harvest Green Tea is something special and prized within Japan, named ichibancha (first tea, ). The first not quite fully grown tea leaves of the year are removed by hand to create a stunning taste that can only be found within that particular timing of the year. This tea will give off a slightly sweeter taste than you're used to, due to the elevated amino acids, Methylxanthine and theanine found only in first harvest green tea.

06.01.2022 Liquorice Tea (Glycyrrhiza glabra and licorice in America) is rich in phytoestrogens. What this means is that this tea helps the body carry out estrogen related tasks associated with breast tissue growth and increase the levels of prolactin within the body. The benefits don't stop there - with liquorice being an anti-inflammatory, able to help with digestive problems, and can reduce PMS symptoms and hot flashes. Also helps sore throats due to the above properties and it's natural overall taste.

03.01.2022 Lemon Myrtle A tree native to the northern parts of NSW Australia happens to produce an amazingly refreshing lemon flavoured tea with numerous health benefits. Sore throat? Cramps and spasms? Lemon Myrtle Helps The Skin... Citral is known to be a natural skin cleanser that helps with both acne and blemishes. Antibacterial+Antiseptic properties further aid and come to the rescue of those wanting to give their skin a natural boost. Lemon Myrtle is High in Antioxidants Many teas contain anti-oxidants and Lemon Myrtle is no exception. Being particularly abundant within this tea, we'd like to stress the above first point that this tea helps to fight against the effects of stress, pollution and other nasties on the skin. Lemon Myrtle Helps Fight Against Cellulite Yes. Studies have shown that connective tissue regrowth is one of the benefits of drinking Lemon Myrtle, with one of the major components of cellulite being the breakdown of connective tissue. Lean muscle tissue growth is also another nice side effect, which further adds to the appearance of healthy-looking legs. Lemon Myrtle Tea is Anti-inflammatory A study has been done on this. "The anti-inflammatory activities occurred through down-regulation of iNOS and COX-2 enzymes and inhibition of the accumulation of their respective products, NO and PGE2" This roughly translates to "Lemon Myrtle Tea contains anti-inflammatory properties". Lemon Myrtle Reduces Eye Bags This tea is known to reduce dark eye bags by strengthening capillaries. Lemon Myrtle Helps With Weight Loss and Detox The Citral mentioned earlier also helps to detoxify by acting as a diuretic which means urinating more frequently. This process helps to flush out the kidneys, liver, bladder and other organs. Did we mention that Lemon Myrtle contains many times the amount of Citral than lemon, which is the component that gives lemons their smell? Lemon Myrtle Acts As Natures Painkiller Effective against fevers, colds, sore throats, and headaches, with Indigenous Australians having long used lemon myrtle, both in cuisine and as a healing plant. Lemon Myrtle Aids In Sleeping The benefits keep coming. A natural sleeping aid that works by reducing overall stress on the mind and body. Lemon Myrtle Strengthens Immune System Anti-bacterial properties and high anti-oxidants double up in this tea to help fight against infection! Concentration The mental aspects have been ignored a bit in this list! Aromatherapists often use Lemon Myrtle as a concentration aid that also helps with depression and fatigue.
