04.01.2022 Our thoughts are with the thousands of people affected by the bushfires right across Australia. The top priority at a time like this is on people's physical safety, as it should be. And we are seeing the amazing efforts of our many thousands of dedicated emergency services personnel and volunteers working night and day to keep people safe from harm. But lets also look out for the mental health of those around us and ourselves. Here’s some good practical information from Beyond Blue on this subject.
