12.01.2022 Stephen Scarlett will be accepting briefs to appear in the Federal Circuit Court from 29 July 2021. This will mark the 5th anniversary of his retirement as a Judge of the Federal Circuit Court and his eligibility to appear as counsel in his former Court. Since commencing practice at the NSW Bar in 2017, Stephen is asked on a daily basis whether he can appear in the Federal Circuit Court. That day is now less than 300 days away!... Stephen already appears in both State and Federal Courts including NSW Local Court and Family Court of Australia.
