21.01.2022 I just finished reading It’s not your money by Tosha Silver Woah!! Now I’ve read a lot of books but never one like this (I also read her other book outrageous openness a while ago and I rate that one too - highly) If you’ve got some deep money wounds I suggest this book for you! It was a gentle (but harsh) reminder a few things.... . . . There is no such thing as ‘me’ or ‘my’ I am just a filter here to allow the universe to filter whatever it needs to, through me. Wh...ether that be career, finances, relationships, material things etc etc Nothing belongs to ‘me’. . . . Surrender is powerful. When we hold onto something so tightly, it can do more damage than good. Sometimes it’s easier to just hand it over and allow the universe to sort it out. This is a good process to do when you’re finding it hard to make a decision. . . . And a really great thing I learnt whilst reading this book is.... most evolved beings on the planet aren’t in the spotlight whatsoever. 20.01.2022 THANK YOU Thanks to everyone who joined me in last nights zoom session Some dot points for those who missed it Lockdown meant/means less pollution in the universe which meant it gave/it’s giving our bodies the opportunity to eliminate heavy toxins, burdens & emotional traumas from our energy systems bringing us back to a more ‘pure’ state. 17.01.2022 Sometimes when I receive guidance or words of wisdom I tend to question what I have heard or seen. I project control mode rather than receive. Yin energy - The power of accepting, allowing and inviting in natural flow without force. Allowing yourself to be open to receiving information without fear or judgement of self and others. When we still the mind, our inner most knowings come forward. It’s our conscious mind that craves to attach an outcome - here is where your power... lies. Fall into trust. A few things you can do to gain trust of self... Breathe. Make a conscious effort to remove fear or judgment and trust that what you heard is ok. Acknowledgement. Allow fluid thoughts and hearings. . . I hope you allow yourself to be receptive of some YIN energy today - hand on heart and breathe. 13.01.2022 You can still see me for in-person sessions at @shiftnaturalmedicine every 2nd Monday! Everything else is done via phone or zoom only Session times seem to be filling up rather quickly again and I’m almost booked out 2 weeks in advance Doing things a lot differently this time because I did a number on myself in the past. Also lots more to consider as I have little kiddies to run around after and horses to take care of. If you are wanting a reading or some energy therapy please get in touch or book online via the website! I will have a space soon for you to come out to the farm for in-person sessions at home and a good nature fix (can even feed the horses if you want) but that’s a process as my partner and I (more him ) have to build that! 10.01.2022 This is Dessie (with the purple halter) she is what I like to call... an ‘expresser’ she tells people how she really feels and gets angry when things don’t go her way. She has experienced trauma so now she is pretty shut off, she expresses fear in all forms. If she doesn’t want to do something, she most definitely won’t. She has little outbursts and gets it all off her chest, in her own way, she doesn’t know any better. She’s also very independent but craves attention. An e...xpresser needs patience and understanding, someone who is soft but firm. Retraining an expresser is one of the hardest most satisfying jobs - I guess I like her because she mirrors me . . . Then we have Seb (the big handsome boy at the back) Seb is what I like to call an internaliser Very anxious and bottles up his emotions so they come out in other ways. People pleaser and follows the crowd because he is too scared to stand on his own, even though he really wants to. Heart of gold and would never put a foot wrong in case he upset somebody. Internalisers need an owner who is nurturing and confident, someone who will push them to grow and believe in themselves. I guess I like him because he mirrors me . . . .
