20.01.2022 A message from the Chair: STEP Queensland is committed to providing our educational events during these unprecedented times however the health and safety of our members and network is our priority. As a result, we have made changes to some of our upcoming events, as detailed below. We hope you understand that further changes may be made as time progresses, but at this stage, only the events mentioned below have been affected.... This is a quickly changing environment and the committee is dedicated to providing our members and network with information in a timely fashion however, please be patient with us while we work on the logistics of changing the format of some of our events from face-to-face to remote-access only. Changes to events: March 26 Members only Roundtable is postponed until further notice. As this event is best delivered face-to-face we will save the conversation until our face-to-face program resumes. April 28 Lunchtime Seminar will be delivered via webinar - further detail will be provided as soon as possible. May 13 #STEPNextGen is planned to proceed either in person or webinar, depending on advice closer to the date. We understand these are unsettling times. We are aiming to provide you will some consistency and connection with our network while we all do our part to flatten the curve. We would love your support over the coming months and we want to support you too. If you are able to purchase a ticket to attend remotely, we look forward to continuing to provide these events for you. If you are not able to attend our events remotely, please stay connected via our social media pages for updates and opportunities to contribute to the conversation. Our next update will be early next week. Warm regards, Chris Herrald TEP Chair, STEP Queensland
