09.01.2022 What if food is less about what you eat.... And more about HOW you eat it? For example many people are lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant or have autoimmune responses to foods (FODMAPs) etc.. In fact most of the planet has intolerances to certain things because humans aren't supposed it eat most foods on the planet... Which is why we have learnt to prepare foods in such ways as to make them better for us, for 1000s of years.. ... Fermenting for example makes most foods much more bioavailable and tolerable. So today's question. What have you or do regularly make from scratch?
