21.01.2022 I am so encouraged by some of the feedback we get from our clients and family. Like this email this morning from Anonymous (Clients name protected) I had to share it, as it means so much to us. "I can’t thank you enough for the support you give and myself. has formed a nice bond with Angela and she seems ok when Doris is around. Besides being a lovely person, Doris’s cleaning is above and beyond. And Johnothan is the envy of our neighbours haha,... they always tell us that he is a real worker and doesn’t stop until he gets the job done. Angela, Doris and Jonathan, I am so proud of you guys thank you all ! These 3 employees share the Sincerity approach to support, they go over and above and are an asset to Sincerity Support Services

13.01.2022 Transparency is an important aspect of providing support services to participants of the NDIS. As a form of transparency we highly value feedback from our clients and encourage you to leave feedback if possible. This post will stay open indefinitely so if nothing comes to mind now that's okay no hurry and certainly no expectations or pressure. ... You may also want to consider feedback through private messages to maintain your privacy. If you would prefer to remain anonymous, private messages using the messenger app for example is encouraged.

We are following the lockdown laws and of course adopting PPP and social distancing closely. ... We are aware that there are many people hurting right now through the loss of their jobs. If you fall into that category and would like an opportunity in the growing disability sector feel free to PM us and we can discuss a pathway into disability support work. The main qualifications required are compassion, honesty, integrity and the heart to assist those less fortunate to achieve their goals in life and to become a friend and support for them. It's challenging and rewarding work.

09.01.2022 I have an announcement. A client who has had to overcome so much in his life has started his own small business making soaps. They are all natural and a very good product. I will post a link soon to his FB PAGE and I hope we can support this amazing effort Jason's Soaps: coming soon.

05.01.2022 Hi Folks, At Sincerity Supports we take support to another level. How we do this: Every NDIS participant is treated as a person, an individual and not a diagnosis. ... We work closely with other professionals through the industry, including, support coordinators, Occupational therapists, physiologist, psychiatrist, and most importantly the clients family, friendsand carers. We provide assistance in obtaining client goals and that may include using external professional guidance, where applicable. We care deeply for our clients and patiently build a report with the participant to get to know them on a personal level. Through a compassionate and respectful approach to assisting our clients we apply integrity and the highest professional standard to ensure not only the NDIS code of conduct is strictly adhered to but also our own code of conduct that places the dignity and respect of the NDIS participant at the forefront of everything we do. Every client we serve we consider a privilege to be trusted to care for, guide and assist in achieving their own goals. In their own time and without timelines. We are excited about our future as a service provider and are starting to take more clients by employing staff carefully chosen to uphold the standards Sincerity Support Services provide. 04.01.2022 Not the greatest photo but we certainly are proud of the results, the ability to assist those in need and to see real change in the lives of those with struggles most of us will never experience. Loretta and I are so proud of the work our team of support workers carry out. We look forward to getting back to full service and providing full support to all our clients. We are privileged to work for so many wonderful people and to bring a little hope, a little friendship and a lot of compassion and understand to all we support. Not dressed for the occasion and I've a chuppa chup in my hand, no shoes and a really bad hair day lol. That's lockdown in Victoria.

04.01.2022 Update: At Sincerity Support Services we are proud to announce the personal success of several clients. In particular, I want to highlight 2 of our clients efforts. Firstly we recognise JB. Gone from being his diagnosis, a man without confidence, a man isolated from personal friendships and struggling with everyday life. I'm so proud to say, he is today running his own small venture. A talented man who is producing quality soaps and making kids toys. Starting with rocking ...horses. Our second client is a man who is gentle, humble and reserved. Less than 2 years after his last hospital stay he has returned to work. This is a massive milestone and he is handling it all with great dignity and self-esteem. We also have 3 other clients that are doing remarkably well. In fact all our clients are going great many have severe disabilities and life is certainly a tough day to day proposition. It's truly a wonderful privilege to be able to care for our clients and to see them in their own time obtain their own personal goals and often exceed them. We have a small team of 6 very caring and compassionate Disability Support Workers. Each have been hand picked and have had to bring a "can do anything to help" attitude. If you or a loved one needs support through the supports of a registered NDIS provider please let us know. Firstly we assess the clients individual needs and ensure we are able to provide the correct supports. 01.01.2022 With the current situation regarding job losses in Victoria due to COVID19 we are looking for people with a heart for the disabled and the mentally ill. The job is not really a job, its a lifestyle career change. It can consist of taking someone to the doctors or to the movies. Or it can be taking the time out to be a friend. It would be a gradual integration starting from a few hours per week to up to 35 hours a week. You will be required to under go the relevant checks, po...lice check and potentially a working with children check. The main requirement for this work is compassion, integrity, honesty and reliability. UPDATE: We are looking for several people to join our team. People who have the right attitude who are compassionate people willing to go over and above to ensure those who they support have every opportunity to achieve their goals and to encourage and build up them up to be the best self they can.
