21.01.2022 I’ve had a goal over the last 2 months to be able to return to playing Oztag. I’m happy to say I got to play representing Ferny Hills Over 50’s at the Qld Senior State Cup titles at Kawana on the Sunshine Coast this weekend, four months after tearing my Achilles’ tendon. Only played one game but great to be out there with the best bunch of blokes.

21.01.2022 10 weeks since injuring my left Achilles. Starting to see some size return to the calf. Have been running for two weeks. Another month or so before sprinting. Big thanks to Sonia Lucas at Tranquil Health for massage yesterday. Feeling a lot looser through my legs.

13.01.2022 My calves after 10 days of rebuild. Been doing lots of walking( 3kms per day min) as well as calf raises and resistance exercises.
