25.01.2022 Great conditions for Parkrun this morning! Thanks everyone for coming and thanks Parker family and Ron for volunteering. Congratulations Arthur, Russell, Courtney and Cameron on your PBs - great work!

24.01.2022 Event #115 had a couple of false starts.... We got there in the end and it was certainly worth the wait - the number of PBs tells the story. Congratulations Kate, Jess, Pam, Richard, Ruth, Ronald, Kelly, Jenaya, Sarah and Brett. Welcome to Sarah, Josie, Darcy and Ella - we look forward to seeing you again. Of course Parkrun would not be possible without amazing volunteers - thanks Gerardine, Ang and Parker clan. Sharing the volunteer load allows everyone to have a run - consider how you can help so Parkrun continues!

23.01.2022 Looking for a reason to get the shoes out and start preparing for when parkrun is back up and running. Medibank are offering a pretty good reason for the next few weeks.

23.01.2022 Dust off those running shoes and organise your insect repellent as St George parkrun is back on tomorrow. We would like to thank the Balonne Shire Council for all their hard work getting the riverwalk pathway clean and tidy after the recent flooding. We can’t wait to see everyone at 7am at the boat ramp.

23.01.2022 Just because parkrun is cancelled for the moment doesn’t mean you can’t get out there and keep moving. Here are some of regulars getting their walk/run fix this week.

22.01.2022 Breaking news - we finally have a parkrun start date. 22.01.2022 Have you been smashing the 5km runs? Now’s a great opportunity to use all that fitness and compete in the St George Battle on the Balonne. Options to compete both individually or as part of a team. Registrations are open now.

22.01.2022 Get excited only 1 more sleep until parkrun returns to St George! Dust off those shoes and we’ll see you @ 7am at the boat ramp tomorrow morning.

22.01.2022 Another fantastic turn up with 44 parkrunners hitting our course this morning. A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers Lenore, Gary, Gerardine, Tracey, John and Russell for making today’s event possible. It is great to see so many people putting their name down to volunteer. Welcome to all our first timers and visitors and congratulations to Brad, Jamie, Luke, Miranda, Joshua, Melissa, Charlie, Courtney, Carleigh and Madison for achieving new pbs. Let’s see if we can reach 50 parkrunners next week

22.01.2022 What a great parkrun to lead into Christmas. As always a huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers, Mark, Lenore, Tash, and Geraldine for making this all possible. Well done to Kailtin and Ron for achieving new PBs and all our other parkrunners for getting out and getting active.
