Same time table for classes and private sessions at this time, we will monitor class sizes and may have to adapt as we see how it all goes, we are following the advice from QLD health. www.health.qld.gov.au Due to COVID19 restrictions you must bring your own gloves, hand wraps, water bottle and a towel must be used on all equipment to act as a barrier. ... Due to COVID19 restrictions we are not able to do one on one pad work as of yet, we are adapting our sessions to include boxing on bags and personal instruction on boxing technique. We all need to be aware of social distancing measures while at the gym. If you have any flu symptoms please do not enter the gym. WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING EVERYONE SOON!!!
