13.01.2022 Marta has always had an interest in health and helping people. After high school she decided to study physiotherapy at Eugeniusz Piasecki University School of Physical Education in Poland. While studying she finished a few additional courses in remedial massage therapy. In 2006 she worked as a volunteer with the Polish National Tennis Wheelchair Team in Turkey, helping the team prepare for the Wheelchair Tennis Team World Championships in Brazil by performing both massage and... physiotherapy treatments for them. During 2008 Marta finished several courses in differing massage disciplines, including deep tissue massage (where she learned from the best masseurs in Poland), lymphatic drainage, Chinese cupping and relaxation massage. All of these courses gave her the opportunity to work in a clinical situation, often helping; women after breast cancer, people with back problems, and all types of muscle dysfunction. Marta completed her masters in 2009, and spent one year working as a massage therapist and physiotherapist in Poland, after which she decided to immigrate to Australia. After moving she got her Australian qualification in Diploma of Remedial Massage, and started work at Stirling Health Professionals as a Remedial Massage Therapist. She is currently back studying at University to get her Physiotherapy qualification in Australia.
