18.01.2022 Please keep the Synod of our Diocese in your prayers tomorrow. Pray that we make Christ honouring decisions and are wise stewards of his grace to us in Jesus. Tim would love your prayers as he helps with the technical side of things as we do Synod over Zoom this year. One benefit of everything being online in 2020 is that the Bishop's presidential address is available online for all to watch. You can find it at the link below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFxIlBiRz8c
16.01.2022 The Link is not available in print at the moment but here is the latest edition online. It's encouraging to hear what's happening around the place during 2020, including among our parish and the young people of the diocese! Head to page 12 to read Tim’s article for this edition. https://issuu.com/sydneyanglicans/docs/link20

10.01.2022 Hi friends of St James' This Sunday morning, we are very excited to be opening our doors again for the first time since the 22nd of March! We will be gathering in a CovidSafe way, and so church will look a little different to normal. But we are excited to be able to gather as God's family and learn from His word together. Church will start at 9am, but seating is limited. So we would encourage you to arrive early to have your attendance recorded and to give you time to find a... seat. The church will be open from 8:30am. To celebrate our reopening, we will begin a 5-week series, as we approach Christmas, looking at how the unfolding story of the Bible anticipates the coming saviour. This week we'll be looking at Genesis 12:1-9 as we see how God has the power to work in even the most hopeless situations. We'll also see how His promises to Abram echo all through history to coming of the promised Saviour, Jesus. Hope to see you on Sunday :)
