18.01.2022 It has been a busy 36 hours! The fires in Albany and surrounds have been taking up our time and attention. Thank you to everyone who has offered help and support and to others for your patience and understanding. To our volunteers I cant thank you enough for your support and efforts. You are always there for our community. ... To our incredible team of staff from our own region, other regions and Belmont state office my sincere thanks for your huge effort, support and assistance. As always I am incredibly proud to be part of our organisation. You are an amazing team. Thank you. We are hopeful that this little bit of rain will help everyone tonight. Thanks to relief teams from Belmont and other regions allowing us to all get a bit of rest. For now..... a bit more sleep ready for the next shift.

13.01.2022 Fun and inspiration on Saturday participating in the Global Vital Voices Mentoring Wal, providing mentoring and support to young women in the community to push boundaries for change and growth. The Vital Voices Albany walk was one of only two held in Australia on the weekend, but part of a global movement of 142 walks in 60 countries around the world on the weekend.
