24.01.2022 Please note that the 1day flexible learning course scheduled for the 13th of July, has now been cancelled due to an insufficient number of participants. The next course date will be published on our St John Ambulance WA-Collie face book page in the near future so keep an eye out for it if you are interested in learning some valuable life-saving skills.

23.01.2022 St John WA would like to congratulate our 2020 Ambulance Service Medal recipients recently announced on Australia Day. The Ambulance Service Medal is an Australian Honours award and is awarded for distinguished service with an Australian Ambulance Service. Congratulations to Mr Dave Saunders from Collie for his Ambulance service medal. Great to see your years of service to the Collie community recognised Dave.

19.01.2022 Hi team we are encouraging as many of our volunteers as possible to get down to Coles car park on Sunday morning the 26th (Australia day) in uniform to take part in the Australia Day march. Come on down and support the community we live in and be proud to be an Aussie and an Ambo. Why not stay on for the Australia Day breakfast it only cost $5. Be there by 07:15 to take part. See the flyer below for extra events taking place on the day.

Our first ever post is quite deserving, we are proud of our volunteers and here is just one of many examples of the great community spirit we have at the Collie Sub-centre. Carol Gale, a volunteer ambulance officer in Collie and Harvey of nearly 24 years; Volunteer development officer and volunteer leadership group member, is courageously going to shave her head on the 23rd of March for the Worlds Greatest Shave to raise money for the leukaemia foundation.
