23.01.2022 Happy Australia Day from everyone at St Marks Anglican Church Templestowe! We celebrated today with a joint service with our friends from St Timothys Anglican Church, followed by a delicious BBQ underneath the Australian flag we were given by the Hon. Kevin Andrews MP at the Menzies Australia Day awards in 2017. After lunch a few of our church members planted some new veggies in our community garden which will be enjoyed in salads in the weeks to come!

04.01.2022 Our Parish council is still meeting, albeit in an online capacity for the moment. Our first successful zoom meeting took place tonight- some things to note: - Our building project will start on 4th May! - We are continuing our outreach to St Marks Fitzroy. Non-perishable food can be dropped off this Saturday at the church from 11am-12pm to be donated to their homeless outreach.... - We are also continuing our regular bread outreach with local families in need. - Our online services are going well with screens watching numbers increasing each week! - Our pastoral care to our members is ongoing. We are making phone calls regularly to check on our brothers and sisters in Christ. Calling random people in the directory after a service is proving very popular! - Our FaithLIFT womens group is looking at new ways to connect and meet online! Watch this space. See more

Well have lucky door prizes all throughout the morning and an awesome cafe so that you can sit and have a chat with other crafters and refuel to keep shopping!
