( ). : " " 18:4. . . . ------------------------------------- In this blessed evening: Sunday 22/11/2020, at 6:00 pm, Salt and Light Youth has gathered at St Mary’s Assumption Church’s Hall. To listen to the fabulous lecture that delivered to us by (Mr. Ghazwan Mikhael) which was titled (The stronger than Love!!). The lecture was in opened discussion and mutual questions between the lecturer and the attendees until we reached to the missing word that filled the blank in the lecture’s title to become: (The sacrifice is stronger than love). Based on the source of the love and sacrifice (God) in the (Holy Bible). We concluded the lecture with this verse from (1 John 4:8): Whoever does not love does not know God, for God is LOVE We extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Ghazwan Mikhael for his lecture. We also thank the attendees, and to all who are working as beehive for our youth Group. May the Almighty God bless and protect you all and your families. ( ) . . ------------------------------------- Salt and Light Youth has gathered in this blessed evening: Sunday 29/11/2020, at 6:00 pm, at the hall of St Mary’s Assumption Church. To listen to the fabulous and valuable lecture that delivered to us by our parish priest (Father Rodi Sitto), which was titled (The Sacraments in our life/ part 2). The lecturer demonstrated the meaning of the sacraments in general and then explained to us the sacrament of confession (repentance) in particular, explaining the importance of confession before the priest to obtain advice and guidance first before obtaining the forgiveness of sins, promising God to try not to return to sin. Many questions and discussions was running between the lecturer and the attendees on this topic, which enriched our knowledge of the meaning of this sacrament in our Christian life. We extend our sincere thank you and appreciation to Fr. Rodi Sitto for his lecture. We also thank the attendees, and to all who are working for our youth. Thank God who always guides us. See more
