07.01.2022 Congratulations Ava and Skyla for winning the Queensland Premiers Coding Challenge Year 7-8 Python/JavaScript/HTML Pairs Category! The competition was open to all school students from grade 3-10. This year 536 students from 78 schools submitted 350 entries. Ava and Skyla entered their website CyberZone which provides a repository of useful links for parents and children to learn about cyber safety. The judges said their fresh approach to design was clean and demonstrated c...lear planning, adhering to many web design conventions. The girls won a certificate signed by QLD Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk and Grace Grace MP, a Tello drone and a development session. The development session is a virtual excursion to Data3, IBM or Apple where they will work with professional coders and developers to take the next step in scaling up their digital solution. 03.01.2022 This year Mrs Wright started an afternoon Musical Club where students who love music theatre could get together and rehearse and perform scenes from musicals.
