16.01.2022 It has been wonderful to see the numbers attending our services grow since we have resumed meeting together in the Worship Centre and Church each Sunday. For the 9:30 am service this creates a new challenge; how do we manage the number in attendance and continue to meet the restrictions placed on us by Government regulation? Maybe you could consider attending the 6 pm service - We are asking 25 to 30 members of our congregation to move their attendance to the 6 pm service........and the bonus is you get a delicious meal at 5pm before the service. It is a chance to chat, catch up and share a meal with members of our great community! We hope to see you at one of our services tomorrow - 9.30am, 11am or at 5pm for dinner with worship at 6pm!

12.01.2022 Hello everyone! Church council made the decision last night to worship online only for at least the next 2 weeks. With the restrictions released today that is definitely going to be the case. Obviously things are changing rapidly but we will endeavour to keep you as updated as possible. Stay home, check on friends, family and neighbors by phone and most importantly stay safe. We look forward to worshipping with you online at 9.30am for the next 2 Sundays.

12.01.2022 There is so much going on for the youth in our community. Here is a quick snapshot of what has happened in the past week or so and what is going to happen in the next week. Check it out and see what suits or interests your children. Everyone is welcome to join in. We welcome any primary school aged children to Kids Church in the youth room and any younger children in the vestry at the 9.30am Sunday services. Messy church last week was a blessed time. We began at 4pm with a p...rayer, welcome and explanation of what was to happen. Families then milled through different activities all based on our theme of 'Jesus the light of the world'. At 5pm we gathered in the worship centre for a time of devotional and song. We finished the night with a delicious and filling tea. Thanks to all the amazing helpers who helped make this a blessed, controlled and Holy Spirit filled time with 85 people attending! Our next event for Senior Youth will be Friday 20 November 7-9pm. We will be chilling and hanging and painting banners to advertise our Christmas Eve service, and eating nachos. Please bring a plate of food to share. Kids Club will also be on Friday 20 November from 3.45pm-5.30pm. Come and join us for fun, games and food! Are you in Year 12 this year? If yes, Renew camp is a young adults retreat happening this February 5-8. And, there is a special discount if you are a school leaver! 01.01.2022 This week the service has been pre-recorded to use tomorrow. Here is a brief update from Pastor Fin about services. "Oh my goodness. How do we describe the week that's been? I still feel wrong-footed, but at least now we have a pathway forward. We are online this week and will need to remain online until the 4 square metre rule is dropped back to 2. It's the only way we can gather safely for worship. What a gift our streaming service and our hard working technical team ...are to the church! In the meantime: Christmas is still coming, can you host a gathering? it may be smaller now- maybe only 10 but you can make that count! Keep an eye out for people who may need your support, these restrictions affect us all differently, so please be mindful of who you can help."
