24.01.2022 Cattle prices are going up - Weight gains should be too! Supagro & Ultra Gain were originally formulated to target only 2 specific markets. However, we quickly began to realise just how many more situations & applications they can effectively be used in. Both products are now consistently producing good results in the following areas : ... * Quickly getting young cattle on to a rising plane of nutrition after weaning instead of losing condition. * Putting weight on young store cattle prior to sale (Live Export or Re-stockers) * Spike feeding heifers to achieve an earlier joining weight * Backgrounding feedlot cattle to achieve an earlier entry weight * Finishing heavy cattle at better weight for age * Preparing bulls for sale & letting bulls down before returning to the paddock The cost per kg of weight gain when using these 2 products is what sets them apart from other production feeds! 22.01.2022 Out and about in Longreach! The sales and management team got out into the paddock together last week to get there hands dirty looking at the paddock regrowth after a serious dry stretch. These sessions are an important part of deciding what secret herbs and spices will go into the mixes! Our Mt Garnet sales rep, Steve Flett explained to me... Longreach has really been battered around with weather conditions, and now after years & years of drought they have had a little bit o...f rain to grow some grass...And now grasshopper plagues have moved in. All we can say is keep your chin up...It will turn around for the better

10.01.2022 Stocklick Coronavirus Update All Stocklick branches will remain open while ever permitted in accordance with Australian Government directives. Our customer’s safety and the health of your livestock remains a clear priority along with keeping our teams as safe as possible through these challenging times. We are fortunate that each branch is located outside of high population areas, and we are essentially a drive through service all year round with limited person to person in...teractions at collection. We have taken additional measures of social distancing, and hand sanitizer have been placed available on our counters, with frequent wipe downs of reception area to maintain the highest levels of hygiene. We would also like to encourage all customers to use EFTPOS transactions where possible to reduce the handling of cash. If you are feeling concerned about collecting your order, we encourage you to call ahead so that we can minimize personal interactions (at distance) as much as possible for you. If you are ordering on account and do not need to pay at the counter, then loading goods can be done by our team without you leaving the vehicle to further reduce risk. We will continue to keep you up to date via Facebook and our website if there are any changes.

02.01.2022 Molasses Supply Due to recent problems with the availability of molasses from our suppliers, we are having to limit sales of straight molasses from our Mount Garnet site to two tonnes or less to existing customers only.
