11.01.2022 Delaying reopening In the light of today's announcement. We're extremely excited for our industry to finally make a come back. We've had to change and adapt over last half of the year to our new environment. But the constant and sudden changes mean we've had very little time to prepare. ... Untop of this we've also lost some staff very recently means the timing of this reopening is much too soon for us. We'll need to take reopening in our own stride. So that we can be at our best when you all return. We don't have a set date for our return just yet, but we'll keep you posted. We will still be doing takeaway in the meantime. 04.01.2022 Dine-in is back @ Stokers Yes, we're welcoming you all back to your favourite cosy pancakes restaurant! While we have quietly reopened for dine-in for a few weeks, we are now officially welcoming you all here once again. Booking is essential through our website as we are still limited to 12 people indoors and 12 people outdoors.... Long post ahead... You may have noticed we've been quiet on social media lately. This past month has been incredibly tough as we had lost quite a few staff just before we were allowed to re-open. At one point, it was just down to our head cook and myself to cover all 6 days from morning to midnight covering all front and back of house duties. We had to reduce the number of delivery platforms we were on to just Ubereats and stop delivering our DIY pack just so we can cope with getting ready for reopening. We apologise if we weren't able to fulfil any orders that were coming through the other delivery platforms and orders for DIY packs. This was a huge set back for us and one that took a while to get back on track. We're slowing rebuilding our team so we ask for some patience while we're finding our feet again. We have introduced table ordering through QR codes to help with getting your orders through quickly and efficiently so the team can focus on making your drinks and your pancakes and get them out to you in a timely manner. We hope to see all your familiar faces soon!
