19.01.2022 Hi all. Frankston YCW CC has been awarded Premiers of Sub-District cricket in the MPCA. After a terrific season the Stonecats finished clearly on top and after our semi final win, placed themselves in the grand final. With the cancellation of all cricket games, the MPCA have also decided to promote the club to District cricket next season. The club would like to acknowledge our sympathies to Ryan McQueen and the lads at Seaford CC as they would have been worthy competitors if... the grand final had gone ahead. The persistence of coach Stuart Plunkett and the leadership of Neil Barfuss got the club to where it is today. The support of our 2nd XIs, our lower grades and juniors had a lot to do with our success this season. We are also thankful to have a well oiled committee and members that have supported the Stonecats this 19/20 season. YCW CC should stand tall and go forward in the future. There is no turning back now. Congratulations to you all. GO STONECATS.

06.01.2022 Hi all. What can we say, our 1st XIs are into the grand final at Skye this weekend. Some pundits where hoping for rain as some weren't confident our boys could get across the line, but the lads gave our opposition a pay back after this season's home and away fixture. Lets keep the focus on this weekend get behind Stuart and the boys and lift us into higher territory. The committee and members and the rest of the club are right behind the Stonecats. It would great to see you ...all turn up to the ground this week during training and support the lads as they put the final touches to their skills and focus on the final game of season 19/20. See you all there. GO STONECATS.
