18.01.2022 Is obsession a good thing? I think obsession is commitment and consistency on steroids.. it can take you places where you want to go, help you achieve that in which you want to achieve, but you need to take a step back and really consider if that is the place you want to go or that is what you want to achieve. If you want to perform at your best, not just better.. if you want to look your best, not just better, you need to realise you may have to be willing to invest a lot mo...re than the bare minimum. . When you hear the word obsession, the majority of people view it as a bad thing. Yet, they aspire to achieve what those who truely became obsessed with something have achieved. . Obsession is tunnel vision, an all in mentality. It gets results. But at the same time can diminish other aspects of your life. . If you want to truely become great at something you need to become obsessed with it. When I look back at certain things where I achieved some form of success in my life, I became obsessed with them. It took a toll on other aspects of my life, but also took me to points I had never reached before. . I can see why obsession may be important, but I can also see why it can diminish ones quality of life. As always, balance comes into play. I think initially, an all in mentality can be worth the cost. Overtime you can start to learn in your own way how to rebalance where your energy and effort flows, leaving you with the ability to achieve what it is you’re chasing after, but also have the ability to maintain a higher quality of life. . But what does this all mean Basil!? Well. If you are reading this and you have something that you want to achieve, that is important to you, you may need to consider in becoming obsessed with it to achieve what you never have before. At least initially anyway, as it will give you the chance to find out your capabilities and whether or not this is something truly of value to you. See more

17.01.2022 Epic snapshot of @tammiejade transformation . You know a post from me doesn’t usually come without a story, so without a further a do.. Just recently Tammie had a bad week as we would dub it. Didn’t hit the gym, had a couple of big nights and some comfort food.. However, commencing into last week she was straight back to it, in the gym, working out, ticking the boxes. She didn’t give up on what’s important to her and still had her priorities in mind. . I’d be a contradic...ting myself to say I’m never one to throw away a day or week just because I ran into a speed bump with my training or nutrition because I have countless times. But just like Tammie, I’ve never fully thrown in the towel on losing weight, chiseling my physique or improving an aspect of my performance. . The bottom line is that you can’t fuck this journey up that you’re on.. no matter long it takes. As long as you remember that this is important to you and believe that it is possible (cringe motivational quote) you can achieve it. Sure enough there is a plethora of ways you can approach your endeavours but at the end of the day, as long as your are progressively building habits that positively affect your outcome, you will eventually hit your target. 12.01.2022 @samantha_joelle back in the hunnid club on ze skwaaaats Did a bloody good job hanging in there to clear the rep

12.01.2022 Often we perceive strength as squatting, deadlifting or bench pressing a barbell with maximal weight and whilst that may speak to what you can lift (or what your ego can) it may also reveal that you aren’t truely strong if you look like a stalk attempting to squat, turtle attempting to deadlift or a salmon struggling for life on a bench press.. . You don’t just start strong.. obviously. There’s levels to this sh*t for lack of a better term. Here’s the run down on how to g...et truely strong. . Improve Mobility - facilitating mobility allows for great range of motion through your joints. This can allow you to build strength whilst moving through greater ranges of motion. . Improve Stability- Facilitating stability allows for great.. you guessed it.. STABILITY.. when your move through a specific plane of movement and range of motion. Think of it this way, if you can slowly control a squat to below parallel whilst maintaining technique as well pushing back up without fault, that is good stability. If you drop down like a sack of s*t and bounce out the whole like a Jack in the box whilst your knees collapse in, that’s probably a good sign you’re not stable through the movement. . Strength - once you’ve improved mobility & stability; strength has a greater potential outcome. You’re able to move your body into ranges that compliment your structure. You’re able to do so safely whilst remaining stable. This leads to bigger and better lifts, less risk of injury and on top of that, you won’t look like a goof when you’re lifting in the gym. Sounds like a winning combo. See more

06.01.2022 New PB @ 140kg for @darshan_poopalan This lad has improved immensely in terms of overall maximal strength but just as importantly, in his technique under heavy loads. Whilst we intend to become more confident reaching greater depth in future, this effort along with his previous weeks of training have surpassed those previous to the programming undertaken this year. I applaud your work ethic and investment into your own training and development. The consistency with the training program and your effort combined has rewarded you with some big lifts they year, can’t wait to see what the next brings brother

06.01.2022 @tammiejade is a legend.. need I say more? 131kg - 115kg through her own choices and actions.. 115kg - NOW 97kg with a little guidance through training and nutrition coaching with MSF.. I can’t even attempt to take any credit though. You know as well as I do that this was made possible from the decisions YOU have made and the actions YOU choose to take. I appreciate your commitment to this journey and it truly does make me proud to be able to be a part of it! What an achievement . Ps. If you think this means I will negotiate reps and weights in future sessions.. YOU’RE KIDDING YOURSELF

05.01.2022 @nicolsen34 blitzed 130kg for 5 Reps on the ole Squats last night! A tonne of strength and potential right here with this lad. As always we will be continuing to fine tune our mobility and stability to allow for maximal AND safe strength output in future! Well done mate, keen to see you pump some solid numbers!

02.01.2022 Did you know I managed to make it through a WHOLE holiday in Bali without becoming an online wealth creation coach? I also managed to NOT film videos in my Bali Villa with rented models whilst I taught you HOW TO MAKE 6 FIGURES ON YOUR LAPTOP.. amazing right? . Swipe over then read below! . Real talk - These shots were taken 2 weeks out from my first fitness competition two years ago on a holiday in Bali (note: I managed to make it through the WHOLE trip without turning ...into an online wealth coach and showing you videos of me with a bunch of models in my villa in Bali).. I like to look back every now and again for some motivation when I’m cutting down. I simply think I’ve made it happen before so why not again? . If your goals are aesthetics related and beyond just dropping some body fat, yet you haven’t achieved becoming lean before.. listen to this. You need to trust the absolute hell out of the processes involved in cutting down to a sharp physique. Whether it be delivered by a coach or on your own accord, the habits that will get you there need ALOT of time to feed you back with results that build integral trust in the processes. . If you haven’t experienced the result before you will have no f**king clue what the journey is like.. just know it DOES work it out in the end when you embrace the suck, stay consistent and follow through on the required processes!
