12.01.2022 Just incase anyone is stuck for ideas for whats in this weeks fruit and veg boxes I thought Id share what we are having for dinner, made with ingredients from our box (thats right we have ourselves down on the regulars list) Chicken, Spinach Leek and Mushroom Quiche... 1 sheet (29x29cm) frozen ready-rolled reduced-fat short crust pastry (Im naughty and used puff) olive oil spray 1 large leek, washed and sliced 300g mushrooms, sliced 200g baby spinach 1 1/2 cups (about 200g) chopped skinless cooked chicken 6 eggs 1 cup reduced-fat milk 3/4 cup grated tasty cheese green salad, to serve Instructions Step 1 Preheat oven to 200C. Line a 23cm pie dish with pastry and trim excess. Cover base with baking paper and fill with pastry weights or beans. Blind bake according to packet directions. Step 2 Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and spray with oil. Add leek and mushrooms and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until soft and lightly browned. Add spinach and stir until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in chicken. Step 3 Whisk eggs and milk in a jug until combined. Spread chicken mixture over pastry base and pour in egg and milk. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until just set. Serve with green salad.

04.01.2022 So our young fella is trying to make a few dollars to buy a computer he wants by repurposing some old pine Kiwi fruit bins into dog beds, they are natural pine that have only been heat treated (so no nasty chemicals) he has coated them with Gilly's locally made orange oil and benchtop oil designed for chopping boards that is food safe so even if your pup decides to have a chew it will be 100% safe there are a couple of options available either the low side with foam mattress with removable and washable cover, or the high sided with a puffy cushion, they are $40ea or $25 without a cushion/pillow Measurements are 900mm X 540mm, to give you scale, Toby in the last pic is a large size Border Collie, at the moment we have the first few available instore but will get more in as he finishes them in the coming weeks

01.01.2022 Well its time to get your orders in for next weeks fruit and veg boxes at Stoneville Fresh To order one of our fresh a fruit and veg boxes simply message us which box you would like and we will pack it fresh and ready for pickup WEDNESDAY 20th January after 1pm the boxes will consist of 16-20 product lines (10-12 veg and 6-8 fruit) varying depending on what is in season.
