24.01.2022 Stop doing NICE. Nice stands for: Not Invested to... Care Enough When do you choose to do nice instead of being honest or having a courageous conversation? I can guarantee we all do nice at some stage or another. As a coach, if I choose to do nice - I may not hold my client accountable for things they have said they will implement between our coaching sessions. I may choose not to ask the hard questions that can make them feel uncomfortable, and instead do nice and let them skate around the issue or get a free pass. Doing nice does not serve my client, and it doesn't serve me. When are you choosing to "do nice"? And what is the impact?
