Good Luck to Ella McConachy who is competing at the Youth Dressage Championships at Boneo over the next few days.... It’s great to see our riders out and about doing what they love in their chosen disciplines. We also had Grace P, Darcy, Cohen and Xanthe at Ballarat on the weekend at the Team Victoria National Selection Training Day.

Just a reminder that there is to be only 1 parent / support person per rider and No spectators. We don't want to have to turn people away tomorrow! 18.01.2022 Thankyou for entering our Interschool event. I have just sent through the helper list, the map and a day attendance form (everybody except PCV members require this filled out) by email but have multiple emails bounce so I will post information here as well. The Office will be open from 7.30am for Team Managers to check teams in, hand in day attendance forms or to scratch riders. This will also be available for helpers to collect the folders etc for their job. We have a la...rge number of riders so please be patient. We are all volunteers and we are all here for the kids. We also understand that there potentially could be some clashes between classes and some flexibility is available but generally the following rules will apply - 1. Ring 1 and 2 classes take priority over SJ, Games and Obstacle Course 2. Showjumping classes will not run in draw order but will need to flow quite quickly to get all riders through. Please make your way to your SJ as quickly as possible. Course walks will be at the programmed order, times for these are not known but will be announced to the best of our ability and no further course walks will be permitted so please keep an eye out. 3. Obstacle course and Games - you can ride at anytime during your scheduled time allocation. Please note that no changing of events are possible now or on the day. Volunteers must complete their helper assigned task - if teams want to rotate multiple helpers through the time slot they can but must arrange themselves and are responsible if the duty is not complete. There are some volunteers that have not been allocated a duty at this time but may change so please check the helper list on the morning of the event. I have attached a rough map for the location of events and helper list. Looking forward to it.

15.01.2022 Beautiful weather for our busy November rally today. It was ‘C’ certificate test day for four of our riders and we also had 4 visiting riders from Briagolong PC for the test. We welcomed Examiners Bev Milner (Zone Chief Instructor) and Sonya Perkins for the day. Congratulations Madi, Trista, Joanna and Mel on achieving your C certificates. Also Congratulations to Matilda on achieving your D certificate. We welcomed new member Maddy. It was so great to see our kids enjoying all aspects of the event picking up a swag of ribbons and prizes and best of all having a great time socially as well. Love the team spirit. Huge Thankyou to Orbost PC for putting on a fantastic event.

11.01.2022 Wow! We certainly had all 4 seasons in one day for our interschool event! Big thank you you all the parents, volunteers, stewards, judges and anyone we have forgotten for supporting our clubs interschool event. While the weather was not ideal at times we appreciate everyones resilience and patience with the show jumping arena! We got through in the end! It was fantastic to see the kids all having a great day and congratulations to the winning team from Catholic College Sal...e. We hope to see you all back for our next event in July.

02.01.2022 Stratford PC Interschool Equestrian Challenge and State Qualifier The last few preparations are well underway for our event next week - Wednesday 26th February 2020. Who will be our 2020 Champion team?? ... Will St Gabriels from Traralgon take back to back victories?? With teams from over 30 schools and 150 riders the competition is set to be fiercely contested! We look forward to welcoming you all next week but in the interim just a few house keeping items: 1. Please ensure you have paid for your entry and a day attendance form has been submitted if needed. Currently we are missing some direct deposits. A day attendance form is required if you are a member of HRCAV, EA etc even though no extra payment is required. 2.Please ensure a helper has been listed on your team sheet - no helper no score! 3. Please ensure you have a copy of your events as there will not be any changes made on the day. 4. Full catering will be available all day. 5. Location is MAFFRA SHOWGROUNDS 6.
