06.01.2022 NOTE: I've copied and pasted this from the Strong Fast Fit private clients group, but thought it might help some my other friends that are wanting to continue exercising while we are in lock down. Hi guys I know it's hard being unable to train (as well as everything else that's closed down and locked down at the moment). Nothing too fancy but below I'll post a few quick little workouts/sessions that can be done at home with very little/no equipment. All of this can help main...tain your strength and muscle over the coming weeks and months while we are unable to operate as usual. IMPORTANT: I have decided to rent out smaller packages of equipment and will be writing programs with them for the normal membership cost. This would include kettelbells, some dumbbells, some free weights, bands, medicine balls and a program. If anyone is interested please get in touch as I am basically needing all I can to continue paying the rent at gym and make sure we are still there when this is all over. These aren't too taxing so you could definitely run through one every day or even twice a day. Session 1 (can be done as a circuit or one at a time, would recommend as circuit) -5 sets of 10-20 pushups -5 sets of 20 squats (find something to hold as goblet weight) -5 sets of 15 rep YTI's -5 sets of 10-15 single leg hip thrusts (each leg) -5 sets of 30-90 second plank Session 2 (as a circuit or individually) -5 sets of 10-15 rear foot elevated split squats (find a goblet weight if you can) -5 sets of 10-20 dips (using a chair or bench with hands behind back) -5 sets of 10 single leg Romanian deadlift (use a weight if you have one) - 5 sets of 15-20 bentover rear delt raises (find something to use as light weights) - 5 sets of 10 deadbugs (each side) Session 3 (as a circuit) -5 sets 10 walking lunges -5 sets 10 burpees -5 sets 5 broad jumps -5 sets 10 box jumps Session 4 (as a circuit or individually) -5 sets 10 plyo push-ups (against wall if needed) -5 sets of 1 minute wall sit -5 sets 30-60 sec plank each side -5 sets 20-30 mountain climbers Thanks again for the already amazing support I've received in just one day, lucky to be a part of such a wonderful gym family.

05.01.2022 Strong Fast Fit has offered online based coaching for five years now. In fact, with the recent closures of all gyms etc this is one of the few reasons we will be able to reopen our doors when this is all over. I've coached lifters to national championships and records in multiple federations, weight classes and genders. But while I predominantly work with powerlifters I also have sports strength and conditioning clients as well as a bunch of general fitness guys and girls. O...nline programming is great if you have some equipment at home and are at least an intermediate lifter. If you don't have access to equipment and want some templates then just hit me up and I'll provide some for free. Just posting this as I thought there may be a few out there who's usual routine has well and truly been shaken up (I know mine has) and are wanting to continue progressing and working towards your goals in this crazy time.
