11.01.2022 HOME BUILDER GRANT EXTENSION The Australian Federal Government today announced that the Building Grant has been extended until the 31st March, 2021. The Grant figure will be reduced to $15,000 as of January 1st, 2021. An extension to the construction commencement timeframe has also been applied, increasing from three months to six months for all Home Builder applicants.
