19.01.2022 As from tomorrow the entry requirements for hospitality venues will change. Every one must use the Service NSW QR check in to allow for contact tracing. We strongly recommend you download the service NSW app. This will mean your details are saved and you will not have to manually enter them each time you want to scan into a business. The easiest and quickest way to enter the club now is to scan your code on the way in. Show the COVID Marshall and then swipe your membership as normal or if you’re not a member drop your license in the blue scanner. We understand that these measures are somewhat erroneous but this is the world today. If you don’t have a smart phone the COVID Marshall can still enter your details manually but be prepared for slight delays during busy periods.

16.01.2022 Unfortunately, the Club won’t be opening tomorrow. At this stage we will be hoping for a start date in the week of the 15th June 2020. The post Covid restrictions prevent standing along with a range of other new rules which will make your visit to the Club or Pub very different to what patrons are used to. Fines of up to $55,000 are on the table for venues who don’t comply and we think it’s in the club’s best interests to observe how the authorities are going to police these ...new conditions and how other venues adapt to them first. Covid Marshall's, temperature checks, perplex screens and cleaning toilets every 15 minutes are all part of the proposed new normal for licensed venues. As is the 4m2 capacity rule for patrons. It’s a lot to absorb for everyone. The club is lucky to be in a sound financial position to move forward when we believe it’s wise to do so. In fact, the 2019/20 trading year was on track to be the best in the Clubs history until Covid closed us down. We have 8 staff on Job Keeper and Dave is still maintaining the greens full time to his usual lofty standards. Meanwhile the bistro is still open for takeaways Friday to Sunday nights. We wish other venues all the best in the next few weeks as the industry goes into uncharted waters and we hope to see you in a couple of weeks for a nice cold beverage. See more

09.01.2022 Throw back to 2014 and the Nissan Micra draw.

09.01.2022 Hi all, As you may be aware the NSW Government has announced they will commence lifting restrictions on Clubs as of today (Friday 15th May). With the 10-person limit and other restrictions as part of this, we see no value in opening under these restrictions. We will be closely monitoring the proposed stage 2 announcement in the coming weeks with hope those lifting of restrictions will be financially justifiable to open.... In the meantime, Lanie is considering opening the kitchen for Take-Aways over the weekends hopefully starting next Friday the 22nd May. Hopefully this will lead into the relaxation of the numbers allowed in the Club moving forward. The club looks forward to a time when we can function at full capacity including some live music which Im sure many of us miss. See you soon. Regards, Board and Management.
