23.01.2022 I have added my popular BODYMOVES Seniors Fitness class to HALLET Cove Lutheran Church on Wednesdays at 10.15 and also Mondays at 1pm at PARKHOLME community hall Bodymoves is a fun chair based fitness class working on balance, coordination and strength and includes my beautiful chair yoga . Bodymoves is a class for all abilities especially the elderly, disabled and people with health conditions. Please share with anyone who could benefit from this new class
