09.01.2022 WA's South West - Spectator Tickets: The Revolution of Dance Committee has been working hard to look at alternatives for how the audience will work with the CO...VID-19 restrictions that are currently in place in WA for the venue size. We understand that people have missed out on full session tickets online, however due to our audience capacity limits all things need to be considered into the final head count in the ballroom at one time. Due to restrictions the number of online full session tickets needs to be limited to 80 tickets. We then need to allow into our capacity headcount dancers in the section, teachers, studio owners, volunteers and staff on top of this which is why the Full Session Ticket limit was put into place. All ticket holder's will be able to enter and exit the venue at the beginning and end of each section only; unless there is an emergency situation. The doors will not be opened in between each competitor. This is to allow for efficient and safe movement throughout the venue for the competition period. We have decided to offer a Section Only Ticket at a price of $5 per person; which allows single entry for a section, to allow the opportunity for more audience members if our capacity is not reached for each individual section. Our goal is that all students get the chance to perform having someone in the audience for them. To allow for less disruption to the full session audience these seats will be sectioned off behind the full session ticket seats to allow for the separate exit and entry points and to assist in the control of the head count in the ballroom. Please be aware they are strictly a single entry only for that section and the audience will be cleared after each section. The only exception to this is in the Troupe Sections if we are still experiencing capacity limits issues single entry will be for single troupe not section. Section only tickets will only be available on the day and will be payable by cash only (no eftpos available at this entry) please ensure you have correct money as change will not be available to allow for a quick and smooth entry into the audience. Please form a que at the Section Only Entry door up to 2 sections before the section you wish to enter so we can avoid as much congestion as possible. This entry is directly across from the hotel reception. Single Section Entry tickets will be sold via first in the que basis until capacity is reached in the ballroom. Section only tickets will entitle a ticket holder entry into the section at the beginning of the section only. No new section tickets will be sold during an active session. Spectators will be allowed to exit a session but they will not be able to re-enter (this includes adjudication). Please be aware all full session ticket holders Main Entry will be outside via the ramp. All Full Session Ticket holders will be provided with a wrist band for the full session, these wristbands are not transferable or to be shared with others, the wrist band must be worn by the person issued the full session ticket. Failure to comply with this condition of entry could result in removal from the venue. If you hold a Full Session Ticket wristband and wish to leave prior to the session completion you do have the option to return your wristband to the registration desk, it can then be re-issued to another audience member upon payment. Dancers with wrist bands will be granted audience entry via the main entry door if there are still seats available. Please form a separate que outside, again via first in first served. Dancers with wristbands will be asked to leave the audience if ticket holders are awaiting entry. We ask that everyone is patient and respectful to all staff, volunteers and each other as we navigate our way through this to achieve the best competition experience for you and your dancers in these different circumstances. Any aggressive or un co-operative behaviour could result in removal of the venue. If the WA restrictions are changed on the 15th of August as proposed and we can change our capacity limits we will open the audience as Full Session Tickets to all (ie; section tickets will no longer be available).
