25.01.2022 Blog Alert ! Blog and video 2 are up ! Wooop woop and we couldn’t be more excited to invite you along to the last few weeks of renovation and progress! Richie and I have been LOV’N this Reno and it has certainly pushed everyone out of their comfort zones in terms of the detailing required. 21.01.2022 Found this snap from the outside of an interior I designed around 3/4 years ago. @yogaxtc which sadly no longer exists... I loved every minute working on this project, the best clients, the best philosophies and complete autonomy to work with their brand. The result was stunning... and from every angle I wanted people to feel. These custom screens on the inside of the space filtered the light the cane through, creating beautiful casts of shadows and patterns on the floor...whilst causing intrigue from the outside. How wonderful to stumble across this image captured by a passer buyer who obviously was intrigued so many years on. This is why I do what I do. :) @studio_ezra

20.01.2022 Bringing in the weekend like... wooop there it is.. yep you heard it.. my out of tune voice trying to put on an American accent, whilst breast feeding :) went to site today and was sooo blown away by the great work and fabulous designers decision making ... our @tilesofezra looking exceptionally beautiful. This is what I live for.... and this is what brings so much joy to my work. Whenever I talk to clients or friends or anyone about designing their own home/space .. I am a...lways pushing for unique one of a kind interiors, a specific concept many australians struggle with. Just remember - no judge on TV, magazine or designer can tell or dictate what is right when it comes to interiors - that’s the best thing! It’s all subjective, so why want the same non timeless outcome by following a trend or doing the same as others. ...? Just something to ponder on next time you want to renovate or redecorate. 14.01.2022 When design, grace, styling and the photographer just work . Absolutely adored working on this project with @agconstruct , builders who have crazy high quality and listen to everything us mad designers have to say :) even when it pushes rehén a little out of their comfort zone. This project was a delight, the clients, the building, the styling, it all ;)

12.01.2022 An oldy but a real goody - This interior spammed its way around Instagram and pinterest, but it sure is anything but slutty. One of our hottest sellers at @tilesofezra is our FL006 in aqua laid in herringbone. Not to mention we constantly get asked about our wicker/rattan that we used as custom detailing in the cabinets. This really is what I call Magic, when you listen deeply to your clients and in return they give you creative freedom and trust. The end result is never shor...t of a beautiful outcome. I feel proud to say that I designed this home and I personally don't think it fits any mould. It is timeless and uniqe, bespoke and absolutely one of a kind. 05.01.2022 Lights on or lights off - what’s your pick ?? These beautiful custom plastered wall lights were something I have wanting to do for such a long time. That’s what happens when you have an awesome team of tradesmen... you create magic.. bringing what’s in your head to a reality ... proving your carpenter wrong when he says he is not sure if he can do it and then is sooo excited by the end result !

05.01.2022 Whats not to love. Soft neutral tones perfect for a yoga studio, layers of textures, flowing drapes, handmade pottery from Morocco and earthy bamboo flooring. This space was a blast to design and now that I have had my little munchkin I will absolutely be going there as soon as possible for a yoga sesh!

02.01.2022 This was me trying to find a flattering angle for @ameliastanwix to shoot from, whilst realising there really are not very many. So just laugh, out your head down like you don’t know the camera is there and pretend you are glorifying your baby bump. meanwhile if anyone is wondering why my feet are cut off, wonder no more - I forgot to bring shoes... yep... imagine this extension with bronze plastic Birkenstock’s. 02.01.2022 When I walked in to this space I was blown away. A designer who feared nothing and led her clients on a journey, one of confidence and trust. It’s a talent for a designer to be able to do this so well. It’s also beyond exciting when someone uses patterns and colours that hadn’t been used before. As a designer, I never grow tired of seeing my own drawings brought to a physical space OR my clients designs manufactured and installed. 01.01.2022 I HAD to post this ! I haven’t even gotten past the first paragraph and I stopped and came straight here. This morning I was featured in the well known remodolista blog. Why I wanted to share this with you is because very early in the beautiful Margot who wrote this article referenced that I was a relatively new designer relative newcomer. Which totally comes across like I came out of nowhere - an over night success ? I have been designing high end homes for 10 years !!! I ...have had my own interior business for 8 ... I have been published in articles and on front cover of magazines for years... why am I saying this with many dots in between hehehe is because see!!! Gorgeous people - you have a goal a wish a passion and feel drained and inadequate - well I can Swart to you I have been there . I have spent days crying to richie how unsuccessful I am - crying how I am a failure ... and I have done that hundreds of times. This article doesn’t solidify that k am a success ..
