20.01.2022 The dancers this year have been working under tough conditions, at home, in confined spaces and without the opportunities to perform which is what they crave. The dancers in my dance conditioning program have been amazing, they have continued to remain focused, setting goals and finding new ways to challenge themselves and they continue to improve in leaps and bounds. Thank you @_gabby_arnold_ for sending me this gorgeous photo, I’m looking forward to seeing you in dance conditioning class this afternoon x

18.01.2022 When the cross bar inhibits your Penche and the girls get to free style! These young dancers have achieved amazing things while being in isolation for most of the year, their resilience, focus, improvement and growth has been astounding and it was so wonderful to get them back into the studio and on the Apparatus before the end of the year. I’m looking forward to see where next year will take them x

Last night I finally got to meet them all in person and work with them in the studio. It was fantastic and I’m so excited to get to work with them in 2021, live in person and in the studio.
