04.05.2022 Recently I completed a full pantry re-do. After consultation with the client, I pre-purchased all the storage items for the job so it could be completed in one visit. Along with tubs and air tight containers, I used turntables, tiered shelves, spice storage trays and tea bag storage containers. It was a great result and I had a very happy client! (This might take a bit longer than 5 minutes if you haven’t gone thru your freezer in a while.)... Discard anything expired or questionable Make a mental note of what food you need to use up in meals over the following week. Think about tossing those items that you don’t know how long they have been in your freezer. Give the shelves a quick wipe over whilst you are there. 24.01.2022 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS DECLUTTERING DAY 12 - Car The goal for today is to remove all the rubbish from your car along with any items that do not belong there. ... You car is for passengers, not for office supplies or to be treated like extra house storage. Create two piles to work with (1) Rubbish and (2) Relocate. This will pretty much cover off every item that comes out of your car. Anything that doesn't live in your car will either land in either one of these piles. The rubbish pile will go into the bin, anything in the relocate pile needs to be returned to its proper home in the house. Step 1 - start going thought all the compartments in your car. Determine if the items you find belong in your car. If they do not, choose either the rubbish or relocate pile. Step 2 - repeat this process with each area of your car. Dont forget under seats, in seat pockets, glove compartment and the boot. Step 3 - vacuum and wash your car (optional) It's a pretty straightforward task and shouldn't take long at all.
