This applies to students who has achieved qualifications according to Skilled Occupation List (SOL) The visa under this stream can be granted for a stay of 18 months in Australia. Post-Study Work Stream This stream is only available to students who completed Australian higher education qualifications (applicants must complete Bachelor/Master/PhD in Australia 6 months prior to applying for such visas), the course registration period is at least 92 weeks, and the actual reading time is not shorter than 16 months; Provide proof of effective English proficiency in the same level as IELTS score of 6 (A and G grades); You must submit this visa application within six months of graduation. One of the condition for the Visa to be granted is that you (main applicant) and other dependent MUST be in Australia when applying as well as when the Visa is granted.
