24.01.2022 Im back! Even though this pic shows me someplace far away. Here are some of my first thoughts... . During the course in Sacramento, I first felt a lot of pressure to share and show you what I was doing and learning but I really just needed time to process it all and internalise it. .... Then I thought about something I always tell my clients. Finding your colours and style is just the beginning of a journey that can take anywhere between 2-5 years to fully incorporate into your wardrobe, look and mindset. . Take it sloooow, don’t throw out your entire wardrobe, just try enjoy the process step by step. . So I told myself this message and decided to take it slow. This is my journey too. 09.01.2022 I could never wear that colour! . It would totally wash me out. . These are the responses I always hear when I show someone their skin tone colours. ... . Hear me out. . EVERYONE can wear colours that relate to their skin tone. Saying that you cant, is like saying your skin doesn’t suit you. Read that line again. . BUT in saying that, it is true. Sometimes a full outfit in your skin tone and especially with little makeup can end up making you look and feel washed out or invisible. . The trick is to wear your skin tone WITH another colour. Wear colourful lipstick, coloured shoes or your hair colour is always a good combo with the skin tone. Your skin tone is vital in choosing the correct makeup, nail polish and a great choice for accessories, bags and shoes. . The effect of wearing your skin-tone is calming and relaxing. .
