25.01.2022 Weekend upstyling done! I bought these matching bedsides back to life with lots of sanding, painting with #chalkeduppaint, clear wax and polyurethane for protection. Oh and new Hamptons style hardware. They are very solid and the drawers are on metal runners. They are for sale if you are in the market for new bedsides and like to repurpse, reuse and recycle. 23.01.2022 These bedsides have been upcycled and bought back to life with fusion mineral paint and liquid bees wax. It is something I do when I'm not styling homes for sale. Less to landfill and someone will be the proud owner of bespoke bedsides. Pm me for deets.
22.01.2022 When I went to look at these vintage bedsides, I realised they were kids size so of course, I had to bring them home and make them all shiney and new so they can be enjoyed by the next little girl. They have been refurbished with Dixie Belle Silk mineral paint, new handles added and a raised stencil applied. Liquid bees wax has been added for protection. 18.01.2022 I am always keen to repurpose furniture to give it a new life. It saves on landfill, I get to share my creativity and somebody gets a new piece. Keeps me busy when I'm not styling homes for sale.
17.01.2022 What I find frequently is that people ask if I style homes for sale by bringing in furniture and cushions etc? That's not how I work. I just work with what you already have in the home. With this space below, we took the covers off the dining chairs, replaced the art works on the wall, took two lounges out and got the greenery from the garden. Cost..nil Look how larger and lighter the space is now and much more appealing for potential buyers!... 17.01.2022 Just finished this little cutie! It brings me so much joy giving old pieces a new life. Less landfill that way, plus you get a bespoke piece. This one has been refurbished using a mixture of #ChalkedUp paint in "spiced pumpkin" and "white" to create the pretty apricot coloured paint.... I can imagine it in a little girls bedroom, one that is a little whimsical, loves dream catches and is a free spirit. 17.01.2022 This bedside has a completely different vibe now! Amazing how paint and updated handles can bring a piece back to life. I have sanded, painted with #ChalkedUppaint in "almost black" and coated with poly for protection. It's for sale $90, pm for details
11.01.2022 I just love bringing old pieces back to life! Re-use, recycle and repurpose! This piece has been refurbished with #chalkedup paint, has two coats of poly for protection and new handles. 10.01.2022 When I refurbished this little bedside, I thought it would look lovely in a little girl's room. It has been sanded, painted in Fusion Lamp light and a raised stencil applied. It has been finished with poly for protection.... Drawers are on metal runners and it is structually sound. It's for sale, so pm me.
10.01.2022 This little cupboard now has a new life! Re use, recycle and repurpose is what I love to do. I sanded, removed the timber slats in the doors and replaced with rattan. Fusion mineral paint has bought her back to life.

04.01.2022 I have refurbished these solid timber bedsides with fusion mineral paint and used bees wax on the timber for protection. They are now for sale. They are handmade and originally from NZ. They are structually sound with the joins being re - glued and clamped and new timber runners installed.... PS - They are part of a set with a matching chest of drawers (see last pic) that I could customise with a complementary design if you would like.
