The most flexible month of the year for getting married on a Friday is December. For your peace of mind, please make sure that all your agreements with vendors are super flexible in terms of postponements and cancellations, and that includes changes at very short notice. Finally, I would also be looking for a reduction in the deposit or booking fee in most cases for all vendors. There is just too much risk for couples to pay large amounts in advance for vendors with all the surrounding uncertainty.
