15.01.2022 I have been busy in my herbal kitchen today, HIBISCUS ROSE WHIPPED BODY LOTION....It’s rich and powerfully nourishingRose is a great mood enhancer but it’s also a wonderful application for beautifying your skin with its high anti-oxidants and vitamins A & C. Hibiscus flower is something I intuitively grab when making an uplifting tea. and then I come to find out it also has great properties for your skin (and hair). It has a tonic effect, exfoliating, renewing, and rejuvenating for your skin! I love knowing that I’ve captured their beauty their essence their vibe and of course their nutrients..

11.01.2022 To my friends and and lovely clients, I just want to say take this time of being stuck in the house, or self isolation moment, and make it fabulous! Have a dance party in the kitchen! I personally love to dance while cooking,Take photos of your favourite subjects and make collages, cook a new dish...Or take this moment to enjoy the silence and separation... Refuel your soul and enjoy where you are at ... in this moment! During this difficult time in our nation, my wish for y...ou is to focus on all the blessings in your life. Be in the moment. Try not to let what is going on in our country and around the world stop you from appreciating all the wonders that surround you. Take this time to self care,to refuel your body and soul, so that you can give the world the ‘best’ of you instead of what’s ‘left’ of you. And most of all please be safe, we will get through this and hopefully the world will be a better place.. See more

09.01.2022 I have completed my Flower Therapy Healing Certification

08.01.2022 To my lovely clients, I have thought about it and feel I need to close doors for my sessions for a while until we know what is happening with this Covid 19 virus.. this is for my wellbeing as well as yours. My feelings are if I cannot put 100% into your sessions because of fears, then I would prefer to hold off for a while. I really hope you all understand. I will touch base with each of you further down the track..
