25.01.2022 Want healthier cupcakes for your little ones? These were made from The Protein Bread Co.’s pancake mix. True!! It’s only got less than 3g of sugar, and tastes delicious!!! Even I was surprised as it was a bit of an experiment. Sure, the icing.... but still better than cake mix if you’re looking for a sugar-less option.

01.01.2022 The Wiggles cupcakes for my nephew. It is so amazing that I have the opportunity to do these for him today. You see, a little over a year ago we very nearly lost the little fella to meningitis. He was so very sick with 90% of his brain ravished by the infection. We were told he would never walk or talk, and sight and hearing will also be a matter of luck. Today he is 2! And not only that, he is walking, starting to talk and the only deficit currently is that he is deaf in one ear. But our little hero loves the Wiggles, and today well be singing and dancing with him to celebrate his wonderful life year.
