It is perfectly acceptable to say that you are not ok, this has been one of the most difficult years for many people, it is ok to not be ok. The R U OK? page not only has ideas about how to ask someone if they are ok but also how to talk about mental health. There are also links to support services if you are not OK. 23.01.2022 This week we celebrate NAIDOC Week. NAIDOC Week celebrations are held across Australia each year to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. NAIDOC is celebrated not only in Indigenous communities, but by Australians from all walks of life. The week is a great opportunity to participate in a range of activities and to support your local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
