23.01.2022 Sullys' Cider will be at Braidwood Farmers' Market this week with Cider, Rhubarb and Ginger Beer, some preserves, Cider Vinegar, Pasties and a new batch of Tempeh. Tempeh is traditional made by inoculating legumes and occasionally other food bases with a natural fungi culture in order to activate a controlled fermentation. The legumes are bound into a firm, compact cake by a dense, uniform, white mycelium. It is a great source of non-meat protein, dietary fibre and vitamins. Tempeh is prepared in similar ways to tofu by cutting it into pieces, marinating and frying. The flavour of Tempeh is complex, nutty, meaty, and a little mushroom-like.

20.01.2022 We will have a very limited release of 'Shag on a Rock' at the Braidwood Farmers' Market tomorrow. It was made with a blend of cider varieties (predominately Dabinett) with a scattering of Huon Crab, a red fleshed apple from Tasmania. The result is a very rich cider both in colour and flavour. It Stands out like a shag on a rock Salient in a sea of mediocrity!

16.01.2022 Sully's Cider at the Old Cheese Factory will be at the Braidwood Farmers' Market on Saturday. At the National Theatre from 8.30am to 12.30pm We will have a selection of sparkling cider made from genuine cider apples using traditional methods, as well as; cider vinegar, feijoa wine, Rhubarb & ginger beer, chutneys, tempeh, and cornish pasties.
