21.01.2022 Missed Appointment Policy Update. If you cannot attend your scheduled appointment we require a minimum of 4 hours notice. The reason for the required notice is to allow us time to offer the appointment slot to the patients on our waiting list. If you do not notify us within this reasonable timeframe or do not attend your appointment, a fee of 50% (of the appointment cost), will be added to your account for payment on your next visit to the clinic. ... If you have any questions we're happy to have a chat with you at your next appointment.
